No-Bake Apple & Cheese Dessert Lasagna

  • 3 cups oats and honey granola
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (15-ounce) container Frigo® Part-Skim or Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) container mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling and topping


In a food processor bowl, combine the granola and butter and pulse until chopped. Reserve 1 cup for the topping. Press the remaining mixture into a 9x9-inch or 8x8-inch square baking dish.

Combine the Frigo® Part-Skim or Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese, mascarpone, milk and pudding mix in a medium mixing bowl and beat on high 2–3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.

Evenly spread half of the cheese mixture over the granola crust. Distribute the apple filling in a single layer on top of the cheese mixture. Spread the remaining cheese mixture on top of the apples. Sprinkle with the remaining granola mix. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Cut into 12 pieces.
