Superfood-Fueled Breakfast Bowl

  • 1 cup Frigo® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons light coconut milk
  • ¼ cup fresh pineapple, diced small
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons blueberries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes


In a blender or food processor, pulse the Frigo® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese, coconut milk, pineapple, and honey until they’ve reached a smoothie consistency. Then, add the puree to a cereal bowl and fold in the chia seeds.

Top with the blueberries, kiwi, almonds and coconut flakes. (Note: If you’re not consuming right away, reserve the chia pudding without the toppings in the refrigerator until you’re ready.)
