Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Frigo® Ricotta Cheese (whole milk or part-skim)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite jarred salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped, fresh cilantro, save a little for garnish
  • Juice from 1/2 of a lime
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together until combined, reserving a pinch of cilantro for garnish. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite crackers or tortilla chips.
